- Oversee academic operations, curriculum development, and student assessment for primary division

Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian national curriculum (K-13) and Islamic education principles
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in staff development and school administration
- Certification in educational leadership or school management preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
