Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across primary school subjects in the absence of regular teachers
- Maintain classroom discipline while creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Implement lesson plans provided by full-time teachers and ensure continuity of curriculum
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments and informal assessments
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration regarding classroom activities
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions when scheduled
- Report daily classroom activities and student observations to the academic coordinator
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant academic field (S1 equivalent)
- Valid teaching certification or formal pedagogical training
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in primary education preferred
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English language proficiency
- Deep understanding of child development and primary school curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching scenarios and student needs
- Commitment to Islamic educational values and cultural sensitivity
