Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Montessori curriculum and standard educational objectives.
- Create and maintain a warm, organized, and 'prepared environment' that encourages independent learning and exploration.
- Observe and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents through consultations and reports.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote positive student behavior and mutual respect.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to design interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events.
- Utilize various instructional aids and Montessori materials to facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (Major in General Education) or Bachelor’s Degree in Family Life and Child Development.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for teachers (LET passer).
- Strong understanding of the Montessori approach or a willingness to undergo intensive training in our pedagogy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to nurture, motivate, and manage diverse groups of children effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining professional relationships with parents and colleagues.
