Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality tutoring for primary school students in various subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Mandarin.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and safe classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, attendance, and behavioral updates.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and curriculum planning activities to continuously improve teaching standards.
- Prepare students for examinations and school assessments with a focus on practical understanding.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Primary Education, or a relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong command of the English language, with proficiency in Mandarin being a plus.
- Prior teaching experience with primary school students is preferred but not strictly required.
- Demonstrated patience, responsibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt teaching methods to suit diverse needs.
