Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging Science lessons for primary school students.
- Develop and implement inquiry-based curriculum materials that align with international educational standards.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and a love for discovery.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Organize and facilitate practical laboratory experiments and field activities to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow faculty members to integrate cross-curricular learning opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with modern pedagogical techniques in science education.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or SPK school environment.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to create creative lesson plans and utilize modern educational technology.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a safe, inclusive learning space.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children.
