Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance educational programs
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and classroom activities
- Stay updated with current educational trends and teaching methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
- Maximum age of 35 years old
- Genuine calling and passion for education
- Love for working with children and creating positive learning experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative teaching approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required for fresh graduates
