In this key role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of containers and cargo across various ports, depots, and customer locations throughout Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate a Class 4 Prime Mover safely and efficiently to transport containers and chassis to and from ports (PSA), customer sites, and designated depots.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure maximum roadworthiness and safety compliance.
- Liaise closely with the dispatch controller for schedule updates, route adjustments, and cargo statuses.
- Ensure all delivery documentation, port clearance slips, and container gate passes are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Strictly adhere to safety regulations, speed limits, and guidelines set by the company, PSA, and local traffic authorities.
- Promptly report any mechanical faults, accidents, or cargo discrepancies to the operations supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 driving license.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience operating a Prime Mover, ideally in Singapore's PSA port environment.
- Familiarity with local roads, major Expressways, and port/terminal layouts.
- Clean driving record with no active demerit points or major safety incidents.
- Possess a valid PSA port pass (highly preferred/advantageous).
- Willingness to work overtime (OT) to meet operational demands.
- Responsible attitude, strong safety awareness, and good physical fitness.
