Prime Mover Drivers at GKE Services play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of cargo within our wharf facilities. As a Prime Mover Driver, you'll be operating specialized vehicles equipped with advanced telematics systems, working closely with Wharf Operation Supervisors and Quay Crane Operators to maintain seamless workflow. This position offers a competitive salary starting from S$3,500 per month, with the potential to earn S$4,500 or more through our performance-based service completion bonuses exceeding S$10K annually. - Operate specialized prime mover vehicles with telematics systems to transport cargo within the wharf facility
- Work collaboratively with Wharf Operation Supervisors and Quay Crane Operators to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Accurately document and report all cargo movements and operational activities
- Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and meet delivery targets
- Respond promptly to operational changes and adapt to shifting priorities
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating prime movers or heavy vehicles
- Familiarity with wharf operations and port logistics is advantageous
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Good physical health and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
