As the Principal, you will serve as the spiritual and academic leader of the school, ensuring that our mission aligns perfectly with the values of Bumi Raya Putera.

- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for Ichthus School in alignment with the mission to glorify God and prepare students for a global society.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including academic programs, student welfare, and staff management.
- Develop and implement policies that ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment for all students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader community to foster a supportive educational network.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance metrics, including curriculum effectiveness and student achievement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor faculty and staff to ensure professional development and high morale.
- Manage the school budget effectively, allocating resources to support educational goals and facility maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in a similar school setting.
- Proven track record of success in strategic planning and operational management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong commitment to Christian values and the ability to integrate faith into educational practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and administration.
