Join a Strategic Leadership Team in Singapore
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Adviser in Business Improvement to join the MERP (Management, Evaluation, Review, and Planning) team in Singapore. This is a critical 1-year fixed-term contract opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving operational excellence and organizational transformation.
The purpose of the GPO Business Improvement (BI) function is to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver sustainable value across the organization. As a Principal Adviser, you will be at the forefront of strategic change, collaborating with senior leadership to identify inefficiencies and implement robust, data-driven solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations, ensuring that we remain agile and competitive in a dynamic market environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead BI Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive business improvement strategies aligned with the MERP framework and organizational objectives.
- Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth root cause analyses to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within business processes.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-life cycle of improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and communication sessions with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analytics to measure performance, track KPIs, and provide evidence-based recommendations to leadership.
- Change Management: Drive the adoption of new methodologies and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Reporting: Produce high-level reports and presentations for executive stakeholders highlighting the impact and ROI of improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Business Improvement, Operations Management, or Project Management within a large-scale corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and business process modeling software.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or Prince2 certification is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex change initiatives.
