We are seeking a high-caliber Principal Advisor - Business Improvement to join our MERP team in Singapore. This is a critical 1-year fixed-term contract role designed for a seasoned professional with a deep passion for organizational excellence and process optimization.
As part of the Global Process Owner (GPO) Business Improvement function, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change, enhancing operational efficiency, and embedding best practices across our information and communication technology landscapes. You will act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, identifying pain points, architecting solutions, and leading transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
This position requires an analytical mindset, superior stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to drive sustained improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end business improvement initiatives within the MERP framework.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and architect scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and process automation.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement projects.
- Facilitate workshops and provide expert guidance to stakeholders on change management best practices.
- Ensure project alignment with global organizational standards and regional business objectives.
- Prepare executive reports and recommendations for senior leadership regarding process optimization status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business process improvement, management consulting, or operational excellence.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects within complex corporate environments.
- Expertise in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the confidence to influence at an executive level.
- Professional certification in PMP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma is a distinct advantage.
