Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level security architectures and solutions.
- Oversee the identification, analysis, and remediation of security vulnerabilities and threats.
- Manage end-to-end incident response procedures, including threat hunting and forensic analysis.
- Conduct regular security reviews and penetration testing to validate system defenses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior associates and engineers.
- Communicate security risks and findings effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.
- Certification as a CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and network security.
- Strong experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and threat intelligence platforms.
- Proven track record of leading security audits and compliance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
