- Collaborate with Cyber, operations, and tech teams to align security solutions with business objectives
- Lead development of secure technical frameworks and product security roadmaps
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
- Translate complex security requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Drive security integration throughout the product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior team members and foster security best practices
- Represent Cyber Technical in cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or technical security roles
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP)
- Experience with cloud security, network security, and application security
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical teams
