Tanggung Jawab
- Provide visionary leadership and management for the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre.
- Oversee curriculum implementation to ensure high-quality learning experiences aligned with national standards.
- Mentor, coach, and develop teaching staff to maintain a culture of continuous professional improvement.
- Manage parent relations through effective communication, building trust and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards set by early childhood authorities.
- Strategize and drive enrolment initiatives to maintain healthy occupancy rates at the centre.
- Manage administrative and financial tasks, including budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an early childhood setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of ECDA regulations and the Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARK).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
