Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the civil engineering design and technical supervision for high-profile Data Center projects and urban developments.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and architects.
- Provide expert technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, calculations, construction documents, and tender packages.
- Ensure all project milestones are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional License as a Civil Engineer (Philippine Regulatory Board).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on Data Centers or High-Rise commercial developments.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of structural design principles, geotechnical analysis, and local building codes.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
