Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide expert consultancy to clients, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Design and deliver high-level training programs for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Act as a senior escalation point for project-related issues, providing resolution and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify upsell opportunities and influence the product roadmap.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive relationship management.
- Establish best practices for project methodology and service delivery across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, or customer success.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software implementation projects.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
- Experience in delivering training or workshops to diverse audiences.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
