Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, configuration, and commissioning of complex Control and Instrumentation systems for major projects.
- Act as the primary technical authority for DCS, PLC, SCADA, and safety-instrumented systems (SIS).
- Direct and review engineering deliverables, including P&IDs, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, and instrument specifications.
- Provide expert technical guidance during troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and project delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee compliance with global engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental mandates.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in C&I engineering, preferably within the maritime, energy, or industrial infrastructure sectors.
- Deep working knowledge of major control system platforms (e.g., Emerson, Siemens, Yokogawa, or Rockwell).
- Extensive experience in hazardous area classifications and functional safety (IEC 61508/61511).
- Proven ability to manage technical design processes, project lifecycles, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
