- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures for enterprise-wide data integration
- Develop comprehensive data governance frameworks ensuring quality, compliance, and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Lead data enablement initiatives to democratize data access across the organization
- Optimize data storage, processing, and analytics platforms for performance and efficiency
- Maintain documentation of data models, ETL processes, and system architecture

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or data enablement roles
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse architecture
- Proficiency with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with programming languages (Python, Scala)
- Experience leading complex data transformation projects in enterprise environments
- Certifications in data engineering or cloud platforms preferred
