Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architecture and design of high-performance PXI modular hardware systems from concept to production.
- Define system requirements and drive the hardware development lifecycle, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, simulation, and verification to ensure signal integrity and high-speed performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, firmware, product management) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware issues and drive root cause analysis for product defects.
- Stay current with industry trends in mixed-signal design, FPGA technology, and instrumentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital hardware design, with at least 3-5 years in a Principal or Lead capacity.
- Strong expertise in PXI systems, FPGA design (VHDL/Verilog), and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of signal integrity, power management, and high-speed interconnects.
- Experience with high-speed ADC/DAC design and instrumentation systems is highly preferred.
