- Lead end-to-end design of high-speed digital and mixed-signal hardware systems for NI PXI platforms
- Architect FPGA-based solutions using VHDL/Verilog for next-generation modular instruments
- Drive hardware validation methodologies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers while fostering a culture of technical innovation
- Collaborate with software and systems teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
- Optimize power consumption, thermal management, and signal integrity in complex designs
- Develop documentation and design specifications for production-readiness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of digital hardware design with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in high-speed PCB design, signal integrity analysis, and FPGA implementation
- Proven experience with mixed-signal circuit design and validation methodologies
- Strong knowledge of NI PXI platform architecture and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills with ability to deliver complex projects
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence
