Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the technical roadmap for Nitride-LED chip architecture, focusing on AlInGaN material systems.
- Lead design-process integration (DPI) initiatives to optimize chip yield, performance, and thermal management.
- Execute systematic root-cause analysis for complex defect mechanisms during the chip fabrication process.
- Collaborate with Epitaxy and Fab teams to translate simulation models into high-performance semiconductor prototypes.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in semiconductor design and design-of-experiments (DOE).
- Manage cross-functional technical projects from concept through to mass-production validation.
- Analyze device characterization data to identify optimization opportunities for next-generation LED products.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related semiconductor field.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in LED chip development or III-V compound semiconductor devices.
- Deep expertise in AlInGaN semiconductor physics and MOCVD growth principles.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., Silvaco, Sentaurus, or COMSOL) for optoelectronic device modeling.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in statistical process control and data analysis (JMP, Minitab).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions in a global, multicultural organization.
