Tanggung Jawab
- Independently develop comprehensive Power and Automation designs compliant with Class and Technical specifications
- Lead electrical engineering projects from conception through to implementation within assigned schedules
- Mentor and guide junior engineers while fostering a collaborative technical environment
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with broader project scopes
- Conduct advanced technical reviews and provide engineering solutions to complex challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in power systems, automation design, and Class specification compliance
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects within strict deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Professional engineering license (e.g., PE, P.Eng) or equivalent certification
