Our Enterprise Capabilities team is expanding and is looking for a Principal Engineer – HV Secondary Power Distribution to join our operations in Damansara, Selangor. In this key leadership role, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing high-voltage secondary power distribution systems that power critical infrastructure and urban development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and engineering of HV secondary power distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, and protection schemes.
- Conduct comprehensive power system studies, load flow analysis, and short-circuit calculations using industry-standard software.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and client representatives, to integrate engineering solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, reports, and tender documents for projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to SIRIM, DOE, and other relevant Malaysian engineering standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in HV/LV power system design and distribution projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of secondary power distribution, switchgear selection, and protection coordination.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as ETAP, PSCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, or Microstation.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
