Tanggung Jawab
- Own end-to-end 24/7 operations for mission-critical RPP payment systems with 99.99% SLA requirements
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews for operational failures
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and alerting
- Establish and enforce security/compliance standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001) across operational environments
- Mentor engineering teams on DevOps best practices and operational excellence
- Collaborate with product teams to define operational requirements and service level objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience; Master's preferred
- 10+ years in IT operations with 5+ years in leadership roles for payment/financial systems
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)
- Proven experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and AIOps
- Deep understanding of payment system security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Strong background in incident management and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
