Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex physical design projects including floorplanning, placement, routing, and timing closure
- Develop and implement advanced design methodologies to improve design quality and performance
- Ensure GDS convergence and manufacturability through comprehensive verification processes
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and drive design improvements
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design methodologies
- Define and implement design constraints and guidelines for optimal design implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in physical design with focus on floorplanning and GDS convergence
- Expertise in industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Innovus, Synthesis Physical Compiler, and Primetime
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Proven track record of leading complex design projects and mentoring engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to address complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
