Join Micron Technology as a Principal Engineer in our Process Development organization, specializing in Dry Etch for NAND flash memory. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead technical initiatives that push the boundaries of semiconductor manufacturing.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of critical etch processes, driving innovation and efficiency in our state-of-the-art fabrication facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process windows, troubleshoot complex challenges, and ensure high yield and reliability in our NAND products. This is a leadership position that requires a blend of deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor a team of engineers.

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of dry etch processes for advanced NAND memory technologies.
- Drive yield improvement and process integration activities to meet rigorous product specifications.
- Mentor and guide a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Analyze process data and utilize advanced simulation tools to develop robust etch recipes.
- Collaborate with equipment engineering and integration teams to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Present technical findings and process strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor process development, with a focus on dry etch (RIE, ICP, etc.).
- Strong background in plasma physics, etch chemistry, and thin film metrology.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
