Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and optimization of advanced photolithography processes for 3D NAND flash manufacturing.
- Define and execute technical roadmaps to drive innovation and improve device performance and yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Design teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex process anomalies using advanced metrology and data analysis techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture within the process development group.
- Evaluate new lithography equipment and technologies to ensure they meet business requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in semiconductor process development, specifically in photolithography or etching.
- Deep understanding of lithography physics, thin film deposition, and etch processes.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects and delivering results on time.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
