- Lead the development and optimization of CVD/Diffusion processes for advanced NAND architectures
- Design and execute experiments to characterize thin film properties, uniformity, and adhesion
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate novel processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhancing yield, throughput, and cost-efficiency
- Mentor cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance on thin film technologies
- Develop process control strategies and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Stay ahead of industry trends through patent research and competitive analysis
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process development, with 5+ years in thin film technologies
- Expertise in CVD/Diffusion processes for NAND or memory device fabrication
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams to project completion
- Strong background in DOE methodology, statistical analysis, and process optimization
- Experience with SEM, TEM, XPS, and other thin film characterization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business impact
