- Lead human rights consulting engagements for multinational corporations across APAC
- Develop and implement human rights risk assessment frameworks and compliance strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and design consulting solutions
- Conduct research on emerging human rights regulations and industry best practices
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and guide human rights knowledge management initiatives
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, webinars, and industry forums
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree in Human Rights, International Law, Business Ethics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in human rights consulting or compliance roles
- Expert knowledge of UN Guiding Principles and regional human rights frameworks
- Proven track record in developing ESG and human rights strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex regulations into business solutions
- Cross-functional leadership experience in consulting, data, and sales environments
- Professional certifications in human rights or sustainability (e.g., GRI, SA8000)
