TalentVibe Business Consultancy is seeking a visionary Principal Identity & Access Architect to lead our security initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy that ensures data security while maintaining operational agility. You will act as the technical authority, guiding the architecture of identity solutions that align with enterprise goals and regulatory standards.
You will drive the adoption of modern security frameworks, including Zero Trust architectures, and oversee the integration of leading identity providers. Your expertise will be critical in reducing security risks, streamlining user authentication processes, and ensuring seamless connectivity across our diverse IT ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic leader who can translate complex security challenges into elegant, scalable architectural solutions.
Key Focus Areas:
- Developing end-to-end IAM roadmaps and enterprise-wide access control policies.
- Implementing advanced authentication methods such as MFA and SSO.
- Ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, covering identity lifecycle management and privilege access management (PAM).
- Lead the design and deployment of Zero Trust security models to protect enterprise assets.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide security policies for user authentication, authorization, and session management.
- Oversee the integration and management of identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping) and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and access reviews to identify vulnerabilities in the identity infrastructure.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure strict adherence to data privacy laws and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for IAM systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in IAM technologies including Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, or similar identity providers.
- Deep understanding of security protocols such as SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and OAuth 2.0.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or specialized IAM certifications (e.g., GIAC IAM) are highly desirable.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for IAM administration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud security architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
