Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive capacity planning, factory physics, and throughput analysis to align manufacturing output with strategic demand forecasts.
- Develop and maintain advanced simulation models (using tools like Arena, Simio, or FlexSim) to analyze production flows, identify bottlenecks, and validate improvement initiatives.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects (DMAIC) to drive measurable improvements in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle time, and yield.
- Perform detailed time studies, line balancing, and ergonomic risk assessments to maximize labor productivity and worker safety.
- Design and optimize factory layouts, material flow, and inventory strategies to minimize waste and handling costs.
- Establish and monitor critical KPIs (e.g., throughput, WIP, cost per unit) and generate actionable insights through data visualization and analytics (SQL, Python, Tableau).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior industrial engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Evaluate and justify capital equipment investments and automation projects through rigorous cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment (semiconductor, data storage, or electronics highly desired).
- Proven expertise in simulation modeling (Arena, Simio, FlexSim), statistical analysis (Minitab, JMP), and advanced Excel/VBA.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with a strong track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
- Deep understanding of work measurement systems (MOST, MODAPTS), line balancing, and facility layout design (AutoCAD).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data extraction and analysis. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MES.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
