Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement Kubernetes-based infrastructure solutions for high-availability Web3 applications
- Lead Terraform infrastructure-as-code initiatives across multi-cloud environments
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for blockchain nodes and decentralized applications
- Optimize infrastructure performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Mentor DevOps teams and establish best practices for cloud-native operations
- Collaborate with crypto teams to ensure infrastructure meets regulatory compliance
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems for critical infrastructure components
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record in cryptocurrency or Web3 infrastructure deployments
- Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and DeFi ecosystems
- Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or Terraform preferred
- Experience with infrastructure security hardening and regulatory compliance (MAS, etc.)
- Demonstrable ability to lead complex infrastructure transformation projects
