- Oversee end-to-end installation execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols

- Develop detailed installation procedures and engineering specifications
- Mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence and knowledge transfer

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in installation engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects in challenging environments
- Strong knowledge of TechnipFMC standards and industry regulations
- Advanced proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Professional certification (PMP, PE, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving continuous improvement
