- Lead and direct a team of researchers focused on Immunology and Inflammation, setting clear scientific goals and milestones.
- Design and execute innovative experimental strategies to address critical questions in immune signaling and disease mechanisms.
- Secure external research funding through high-quality grant proposals and competitive bidding processes.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborations with academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Translate laboratory findings into potential clinical applications and commercial technologies.
- Mentor junior scientists, postdoctoral fellows, and research assistants to foster their professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of postdoctoral research experience with a strong track record of publications in high-impact journals.
- Proven track record of securing research grants and leading independent research programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
