Tanggung Jawab
- Lead planning and design of mechanical engineering projects for building services and infrastructure
- Oversee project execution ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards
- Develop innovative mechanical solutions for complex engineering challenges
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for mechanical systems
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification desirable
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of Singaporean building codes and regulations
