- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for AI High Density Power Modules
- Lead supplier quality audits and performance assessments for subcontractors
- Design quality control protocols and inspection criteria for complex electronic components
- Investigate root causes of quality failures and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to integrate quality standards into product design
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and industry-specific standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with 3+ years in semiconductor or electronics industry
- Expertise in supplier quality management and subcontractor oversight
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC)
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent quality management
- Experience with AI/ML systems or power electronics validation
- Proficiency in quality management software (JIRA, SAP QM) and statistical analysis tools
