Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Quality Assurance strategies and test plans for semiconductor products.
- Oversee the execution of both manual and automated testing processes to ensure product stability and performance.
- Conduct rigorous root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve complex defects and quality issues.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to define quality requirements and test criteria.
- Drive the adoption of modern testing tools, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to increase testing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science, or Electronics).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a Principal or Lead role.
- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or C# for scripting test cases.
- Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics industry testing standards and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
