Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the QA strategy and test automation framework for embedded and system-level products.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Define and implement automated testing strategies using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management) to identify risks early.
- Manage the full defect lifecycle and drive root cause analysis for critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or principal role.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, or semiconductor testing methodologies.
