Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance strategies for complex semiconductor and embedded systems
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes through metrics analysis and best practices
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Operations teams to define quality requirements
- Manage and mentor QA teams while establishing technical excellence standards
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other industry quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of semiconductor testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in automation frameworks (Python, Java, Selenium, etc.)
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with systematic approach to defect resolution
- Experience mentoring QA teams and fostering technical excellence
