Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of QA strategies specifically for AI/ML systems and embedded software.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure high code coverage.
- Analyze complex test results and data to improve product quality and reliability performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, and Engineering to define quality requirements.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, best practices, and processes across the QA organization.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and test analysts to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal engineering role.
- Strong background in testing AI/ML models, including model validation and data quality assurance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# for scripting test cases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems.
- Familiarity with semiconductor testing methodologies and industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
