Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the overall quality engineering strategy for AI/ML products and platforms.
- Architect and implement scalable test automation frameworks for validating machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI services.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to integrate testing protocols into the ML lifecycle, including data validation, model training, and deployment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for algorithms, focusing on accuracy, performance, fairness, and bias.
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) for AI systems, driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide a team of quality engineers, promoting best practices in automation, performance testing, and AI quality assurance.
- Champion the adoption of 'Quality as Code' principles, embedding quality checks directly into CI/CD/CT pipelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI/ML testing and advocate for innovative tools and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Proven expertise in test automation using Python, Java, or similar languages. Strong proficiency in scripting.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts (Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, NLP) and the ML development lifecycle.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks specific to AI/ML (e.g., TFX, Sagemaker Experiments, MLflow, Great Expectations).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence technical strategy.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or regulated industry is a strong plus.
