Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the full project lifecycle execution, from initial product definition through to successful market launch.
- Manage project scope, schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking with precision.
- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and market risks proactively.
- Facilitate critical technical trade-offs between engineering teams to maintain project alignment with strategic business goals.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with product development processes and quality standards (e.g., ISO, internal stage-gate).
- Communicate project status, blockers, and milestone updates to executive leadership effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in R&D project management, preferably in electronics, telecommunications, or software engineering.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing high-complexity, cross-functional technical projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering development methodologies and product lifecycle management (PLM).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
