In this strategic role, you will be responsible for shaping the delivery landscape across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring our teams are equipped with the best practices, tools, and methodologies to deliver world-class solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of regional delivery enablement strategies tailored to the APAC market.
- Drive operating excellence initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align delivery goals with broader business objectives.
- Mentor and coach regional delivery leaders to build high-performing teams and develop their technical and managerial skills.
- Analyze complex performance metrics and data to identify trends, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions.
- Establish and maintain rigorous governance frameworks and standard operating procedures for regional projects.
- Act as a key stakeholder in strategic planning sessions, providing insights on resource allocation and delivery capacity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in delivery management, operations consulting, or technical program management within the ICT industry.
- Proven experience leading regional teams and driving organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with a focus on scaling Agile practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
