Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the principal representative for Frutika Syrup Indonesia in the market, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase brand visibility
- Build and grow a robust HORECA distribution network, identifying and securing new partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on progress and achievements
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven track record of building and managing distribution networks, particularly in the HORECA sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a results-oriented mindset
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian market, particularly in Bogor and West Java regions
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
