Tanggung Jawab
- Lead campus redevelopment projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with long-term healthcare facility requirements
- Oversee medical equipment planning, including system integration, capacity planning, and lifecycle management
- Conduct comprehensive tender evaluations and recommend optimal vendor partnerships for equipment procurement
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal discipline
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement with clinical departments, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's healthcare regulations and hospital accreditation standards
- Develop technical specifications for building systems and infrastructure upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of engineering experience in healthcare or campus development environments
- Proven expertise in medical equipment planning and tender evaluation processes
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated budget control experience in large-scale projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international certification
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Singaporean healthcare regulations (MOH, NEA standards)
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and project management methodologies
