Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C++)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead engineering teams
- Deep understanding of software lifecycle and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
