- Develop and execute strategic materials planning aligned with SIOP objectives
- Analyze demand patterns to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business field
- 8+ years in materials planning or supply chain management
- Expertise in SIOP processes and demand forecasting methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and cost reduction
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
