Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, development, and optimization of firmware for SSD products including controllers, interfaces, and data management algorithms
- Architect comprehensive test frameworks and methodologies for validating firmware functionality, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware components
- Develop automated test scripts and tools to accelerate product validation and improve test coverage
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex firmware issues across product lifecycle
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for firmware development and testing
- Stay current with industry standards (NVMe, SATA, etc.) and emerging storage technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in firmware development with minimum 5 years in SSD or storage systems
- Expert proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems and real-time applications
- Deep understanding of SSD architecture, NAND flash memory, and storage controllers
- Extensive experience with product test methodologies including automated testing, validation, and quality assurance
- Strong analytical skills for debugging complex hardware-software interactions
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams
- Familiarity with Linux development environments and version control systems
