Tanggung Jawab
- Lead structural design and analysis for landmark commercial and infrastructure projects
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of complex structural systems
- Develop innovative solutions for seismic, wind, and sustainability challenges
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for integrated design delivery
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes (BCA) and international standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control procedures
- Contribute to business development through client relationship management and technical presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of structural design experience with 5+ years in senior roles
- Professional registration (e.g., P.E., CEng, or equivalent)
- Expertise in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE) and BIM tools
- Proven track record on large-scale projects (>SGD 50M)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building regulations and sustainability frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with forensic engineering and construction phase support
