Tanggung Jawab
- Lead supplier development and qualification processes to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and quality standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supplier-related quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supplier manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to integrate supplier innovations
- Manage supplier performance metrics and develop improvement plans
- Lead supplier audits and process validations
- Develop technical specifications and quality agreements with suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years in supplier engineering or quality assurance within medical devices
- Expert knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and quality management systems
- Strong experience in root cause analysis (8D, FMEA, Six Sigma)
- Proven track record in supplier development and relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams
